Set-up sort of like a diary with tips and exercises. Pictures! Gotta love those pictures of the exercises! Also comes with a DVD, which I didn't watch so I can't comment on that portion of the book.

I really enjoyed this book. I can relate to almost everything in it. I just started using her walking DVD's when I discovered this book. What a read. She helps you to gently start your walking routine. She encourages you every step of the way!
