Written by the founders of PAII, this is a very good book for someone who wants to or is thinking about becoming an innkeeper. Think it's just about fixing breakfast and making a few beds? Think again. The authors lay it all out and give great guidance to those who aspire to be a bed and breakfast owner. I found this to be well written and easily understood.
