This is the second (comic) book in the Sunwell Trilogy, "Shadows of Ice". This is rather non-obvious from the title and picture above!
It's a good book to have read if you are interested in World of Warcraft Lore, especially as related to the Burning Crusade. It could be read without having read the first one, since the part before the comic describes what has happened thus far. However, it will likely not be as good if one does not read the third one as well.
Quite good, especially considering that it was written by Richard A. Knaak; this makes me suspect that his skills lie with graphic novels, rather than purely text stories.
