I thought that this book was full of information regarding herbs, plants, and flowers. It explained what green witchcraft actually is and defined the difference between green witchcraft and Wicca. The author talks about 16 different kinds of trees and explains the strengths and purposes of each tree. She talks about the phases of the moon and when to plant seeds or plants during specific phases. She gives recipes for teas, oils, bath salts, and elixirs. There is a section about making fruit drinks and soups as well. This is a good beginner's book if you are interested in green witchcraft. I would recommend this book to anyone who is starting out and is interested in green witchcraft.

The book is environment conscience and it's spells, rituals and practices are based on healing the planet. I found the book an excellent read and the spells simple. I would recommend the book for anyone interested in Earth magic.

Includes a variety of information for the beginner, such as history, spellcraft, information on herbs and trees, etc. I would recommend for the beginner, but for those seeking more in-depth knowledge look elsewhere.
