His face grew serious, and he crossed his arms on his chest. "We've gotten off on the wrong foot."
"What is that supposed to mean?"
"It means that we need to start over. We need to pretend that we haven't met before."
Without warning, she screamed.Jack-big strong, manly Jack-leaped off his feet at the shrill sound. "What was that for?"
"I always wondered what I would do if I found a stranger in my apartment"
I have no idea why, but I laughed my a** off when I read that. I don't do romance as a rule, and although this book focused on the sex between the two (a lot) it was one of the better 'romance' novels I have read. The sexual encounters were not gratuitous, but may be a bit too explicit for some readers. This was the first book that I have read from Linda Francis Lee. I enjoyed it so much that I had to order more of her books.
The book was upbeat and had me cheering for Grace however, I did have a couple tears too. What a great read!

Grace Colebrook has a way about her that Jack Berenger can't forget.

fantastic book.
