The Ways of the Mystic is an easy to read inspirational book describing a variety of ways to connect with the Divine through the concept of simple guidelines to spiritual development. There is no guessing what they are as the author, Joan Borysenko, explains them succinctly. Based upon her own background, and including other's experiences the author shows how different paths can bring one to a spiritual realization. She also recommends how to avoid problems on the path by becoming more accepting of other's spiritual journeys as part of our growth.
