Great book to have with tasty recipes for both the Flex and Core Plans. Especially nice for those people who feel they had more success with the "pre-Points Plus" plans and still want to follow them on their own. I found the recipes are super easy to prepare, creative for grilling and have ingredients that are found in any grocery store......nothing too weird or exotic for the everyday cook. Healthy eating at its best!
