Despite some sorta funny parts, I just wanted to slap this girl. You marry for better or for worse, and if that means your husband uses your conditioner in the shower, so be it. No lie, she actually gets bent out of shape for that. Whatever, girl. Pick your battles!
I found the author to be immature, self-centered, egotistical, and totally unprepared for marriage. Ick.

I think almost any married girl (no matter how long they've been married) can identify with at least a few of Jenny's experiences. Marriage is an adventure, and she lovingly and wittily shares her tales of her own journey into the world of 'Til Death Do We Part'. Thoroughly enjoyable, i was entertained to the end.

Plenty of books can help you plan wedding. And there are always plenty of friends to argue the finer points of engagement rings, prenuptial diets, French bustles and tiara vs. headpiece. But once the band stops playing and the guests go home, you are on your own.
Jenny Lee found this out the hard way. One minute she was a swinging single whose life revolved around nights on the town and Jimmy Choo shoes. The next thing she knew, she met "the One" and go... married! And there was no one around to explain how to "Love, Honor, and Cherish" a man who spends more time the bathroom than she does and thinks pistachio shells make nice coffee table decor.
