This book follows what was started in The Dark Glory War and Fortress Draconis and it is just as good! I cannot get enough of Michael Stackpole. He creates such an endearing group of heroes who you get to know individually because his writing is so artfully crafted. The adventure aspect has something for everyone, full of strategy, magic and politics. Some series get boring by book number three...not this one!
