This book was truly useless to me. I was looking for some tips into the psychology of hoarding and other similar behaviors. I also have a messy boyfriend. I didn't take one note from this entire book and found myself getting quite irritated with the repetitiveness of the whole thing. I was also unaware of the theme of the bible and psalms permeating the entire book. I did not know this when I requested it. I choose to keep religion out of my organizing books thanks. It also spends alot of time talking about battered women and the possibility of alcoholism as the root of chronic messiness. Just way too heavy and preachy to me, there are hundreds of quality organizing books out there, this is not one of them.

I DO have two smokers in my home, so please take that into consideration if you have smoke sensitivities.
