Love Jane Hawk!
Good story, continuation of âThe silent cornerâ. That is a must-read before reading this book, as it provides necessary backstory for everything that goes on in this story. This is a good page turner, and leaves an opening for the next installment of the series.
Dean Koontz's Jane Hawk series is without question the most progressive writing from Koontz in years. Probably his best of so many books he has written. This character driven series is layered with suspense which pulls back the dark curtain of how modern technology can devolve from good to a terrifying evil. This a thriller that shakes your mind as to what can go wrong when technology falls into the wrong hands. And Jane Hawk, former FBI agent knows all to well that it's more than her life that's at stake. A gripping tale that pushes the reader to keep turning the pages.
