From an Amazon reviewer:

This is the enchanting story of three people, whose lives were interwoven by love, friendship, and desire for the destruction of evil. This may be one of those books that you come along to and find that you have a jem of a book that you never knew existed. The White Hart by Nancy Springer is the first of five books in the ISLE series. The only question to ask is "Why have I never heard of this before?" It was a throughly refreshing and special book that will remain with "precious few" in my library.
