I pretty much figured out the murderer on this one, despite the red herrings. Still I enjoyed the characters, even if the story is not the best in the series.

I'd forgotten how much I enjoy this series. It's full of small southern town relationships and I like the female judge who is the main character.

Love the characters. Mac and Joe Riddley have a "mature" relationship that we over 50's can relate to.
