After watching the PBS doc on Hemingway I thought I should read his books to see why he is still considered such an important and great writer. Still don't get it. Other than good character development I still don't understand. Not a easy book to read, lots of slang and Spanish. Story of an American that goes to Spain during its civil war of the Facisests vs Nationalist. Hard to read.
