I have to admit that this book was interesting to me in the beginning but only because of the age-old truth that most everyone likes to talk about themselves and therefore read about themselves as well. There are a few things to pull out of this book that will help most anyone, but there are too many factors to influence a persons personality to put people in a box. I don't recommend this book. In fact I believe it is too self analyzing and could be more destructive if taken for whole truth. There is though, a very good chart on the attributes of Anger and Fear.(pg. 204) While the chart on anger is obvious, the chart on fear is a real eye-opener.

This books help you understand why you do act the way that you do! It will also help you to understand why others around you act the way the do. It is a unique theory by Tim LaHaye of temperament blends and tells you how you can improve yourself by identifying your own personal strengths and weaknesses.

It's a good book, if you like the 200+ pages of a personality test.

Great insight into why we do things and some others don't.

My daughters and I love this book! I like the way it talks about the gifts of different types of people. It helps me understand my children, myself, and other people who don't think like me. It helps me to see the gifts in other people and to accept them as they are. It is good to see how they are useful for God to use.
There are so many "A-Hhhaa" moments and "so that's why" conculusions. A good read and a good author.
