Pretty good stories. Marriages that happen under unusual circumstances. Both characters and plot are interesting.

This was an excellent trilogy of western romance stories. I enjoyed all three of the stories immensely. If you are looking for a "feel good" type of book then this is the one for you. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

These are 3 well-developed stories by 3 excellent writers.
Flanna and the Lawman (Cathy Maxwell) Flanna saves her no account spouse from the hangman only to find that he has no interest in helping her save her ranch from greedy Mr. Slayton.
When Slayton comes to call and threaten, Trace Cordell changes his mind. Slayton has already killed Flannas father (he was unarmed).
This Side of Heaven (Ruth Langan) A semi-hermit Montana rancher (Ethan Storm) comes upon a dirty child and woman in his barn. The woman and boy are evasive about where they came from and where they are going.
Ethan invites them to come into his cabin and sleep while he is gone tending his herd. When he returns, he is shocked by the changes in his home and food. Danny, Kate and Ethan become comfortable with each other until an angry man arrives.
Second Chance Bride (Carolyn Davidson) Sixteen mail order brides arrived at Benders Hill, Colorado. Jeb Marshall is stunned to see that his bride is handicapped and pregnant very pregnant. After marrying Louisa, he tells her that he will keep her until she has the child and will give her a ticket anywhere she wants to go.
However, over that month, Jeb starts to see things that he did not see earlier. When his daughter arrives, Louise reminds him that he also left something out of his description of his situation (a 4 year old child).
Each story was interesting in its own right. I enjoyed them all.
