If you have read the series you know Graham can be kind of an intense jerk. So imagine my surprise when this book turned out to be pretty funny. Misty was a great counterpart to Graham. I love her mouthy ways and attitude. You get a bit more back story on the collars and different species.
Interesting, quick read.

The Shifters Unbound series is getting better and better. I have been reading them out of order and still a confused who some of the people are at first but its all right, this can be a stand alone of in order, but it gets even better. In this story Graham is known for is yelling, cursing, short tempter with just is own pack but also to his co leader Eric Warden. He met up with Misty a year ago in Coolers Bar after a shifters fight and he was lost since and been fighting the mating frenzy since then until Misty got caught in the middle of a gang kidnappers that are using her to get to her nark of a brother. Well there was a lot behind the so called 'gang' and it was one Fae that wanted Graham so his beast slave. All though this book Graham and Misty have many run in with the Fae and saving each other from him. There is also Grahams nephew Dougal that is a bit messed up, he can be tough as nails one minute then curled up in a ball and crying the next, plus two orphan twin pups/cubs that are always getting into mischief until they travel through ley lines trying to get to Misty or Graham to save them and later we find out these twin tornadoes on four legs are actually a breed of very special shifters that thought they were extinct and a secret that have to be hidden form shifters outside of Graham's home as well as the Fae, until the time is right.
