I give this a 4; its the 9th in the Thunder Point series and I am very disappointed. Since the seems like her last in the series, it would have been nice to have an epilogue to wrap up all the stories and character from the previous 8 books. I wonder if there will be any more in this series. Carr is a much better "series" writer than a stand-alone book writer. You only have to read this or the Virgin River or the Grade Valley series' to know what I mean.
