I think this is a fantastic story with a great ending, but the writing was bad. I think V.C. Andrews shoulda just told the story to a writer and have them put it in words. Star, who is supposed to ba a black girl from the ghetto talks with the same vocabulary as the rich girl from Beverly Hills. Just not very realistic to me.

I enjoyed reading this book as much as any other V.C. Andrews book. They are interesting stories and you get into the lives of the characters. I like getting detailed backgrounds on each character and seeing how their lives change for the good by the end of the story.

Includes all four novels into one large volume. Very easy read.
"Four girls with Dark Secrets to Share. Four extraordinary NYTimes Bestsellers--together for the first time."
I liked it. It had a lot of twists and turns.
Interesting read about girls growing up.
I really love V.C. Andrews work, and I think that this was her best miniseries so far.
