Loved this heartwarming novel set in the early 1950's. Two single moms from England relocate to the States looking for fresh starts. They urgently try to teach their two five year old boys the concept of giving at Christmas after the boys become addicted to the Sear's Wish Book. Along the way both women battle with forgiving themselves and giving over their grief to God and learning to begin again.
