This is the third book in the 'A Wizard In Rhyme' series. The hero is Saul, Matt's friend from his own universe. Saul is brought to this alternate reality by The Spider King in order to help overthrow an evil witch who has usurped the throne of Allustria. A good read, but it did make me think so hard in places that my head started to hurt! Deep ideas and theologies that were at times entirely beyond me, it was still overall an enjoyable story.
