Great book on it's own, and a great continuation of the series.
Nita, a young wizard, gets sent unwillingly to Ireland by her parents to separate her from her wizardry and her wizarding partner, Kit. But what her parents don't know is that Ireland has even more magical doings going on for Nita to get involved in than she could even imagine at home! Especially interesting for the Irish mythology.
This is a children's book. I would put it at the upper elementary school level, which is about the age of the main characters. It is a good read for the audience. If you want to give the book as a present to a youngster, I think it would be well received.
Love the entire series
