I bought this book because I was having trouble sleeping. Dr. Kryger's fun, easy-to-read book has helped me tremendously. The chapters are clear, concise and well laid out for easy navigation. He uses engaging patient stories to bring the subject matter to life. Other sleep articles I have read are dense and difficult to follow, but Dr Kryger has gone to great lengths to take the mystery out of sleep and offer helpful tips and suggestions
