Very moving. What happens when you put a bunch of random women together and surround them with the love of God and the spirit of women.

Great book. A little different than other Christian Chick lit I've read but I really got wrapped up in the story. I loved following the women in the prayer group as well. It made me long for my own prayer group like theirs.

The Yada Yada series is delightful; I loved all 7 of them!! This #1 book begins a wonderful journey of laughter, tears, faith, and encouragment. Highly recommend ALL the books in this series. Sharon E

This is such an emotional story. It has characters that could be your next door neighbor. The stories are realistic and could hit close to home. It is a story of friendship, new experiences, and lifes scary parts.

Cute book that shows how everyone is different in this world, but we all love the same God. Makes you think about how we stereotype people. Good read, easy, enjoyable.

This was recommended by a friend. . . Sorry. Didn't find it as engaging as I'd hoped. I would not order it again. I quit after half way through due to lack of interest.
just love, love, love this book!
Quick, entertaining read.
This was a pleasant read. I most definitely recommend this book (and the series).

A very good book to start the series. Though towards the middle it draws out just a little bit it really picks up towards the end and has you gripping the end of your seat. Be you a Christian or not, this is a good book to read.
This is a great book for women about women and a real relationship with the Lord. Loved it!
This book was definitely different than any I had read before. It was very enlightening and heart warming to see the Christians from different cultures interact. The book was a bit long for my taste, but there was lots of territory to cover with so many members in the prayer group. Midway through the story I felt that this was the only book from the series that I wanted to read, but then by the end, I was wanting more and looking for the next book.

This was a great book, christian chic lit at it's best!
A group of women at a Christian Women's Conference are grouped into a prayer group. They agree to keep this prayer group active after the conference. This is a story of God working in their lives as they pray for and support each other.
I really loved this book, and can't wait to start on the second one.
I liked this book I'm not sure I would read any more in the series. I found some of it to hard to relate to.
Great book!
This is a very up;ifting book and I will bet there is a character that in some way reminds you of yourself. I highly recommend it!
I thought this book was well written but certainly not a page turner. Unexpected ending
A great Christian Fiction book, after reading it you will be encouraged to pray more. The story follows the life of the main character Jodi Baxter. Jodi learns about God's grace when she realizes she does need prayer. A great story with Christian ideas throughout and good character development.
Very good read. Alittle slow in the middle for a bit, but not to be a deterant. Each of the books in the series gets better and better.
This book was fun and a light read. However, the book also had a subtle way of getting me thinking about my prayer. I was challenged to pray in new ways and am having fun talking to God.
In addition, I was inspired to hold a woman's day retreat at my church. Thirty women signed up to read and discuss the book. I can't comment on the outcome because the retreat will be held in the Spring of 2014. What I can say is that the women are enjoying the book as much as I did.

A delightful, easy read book.
Interesting. An easy read. Not too deep. I loved the fact that it was set in Chicago and made reference to specific suburbs. It made it more personal since I live in a Chicago 'burb.
This was a great and fun read! I laughed and I cried!
I am so glad to have read this book. Good story, thought-provoking and fun to read.

What do an ex-con, a former drug addict, a real estate broker, a college student, and a married mother of two have in common? Nothing, or so I thought. Who would have imagined that God would make a group as mismatched as ours the closest of friends?
While I'm not a religious person, I thought I would enjoy reading about the friendships made in this book. However, it was so slow-going that I could not get past chapter 10. I wish I hadn't wasted a PBS credit on it.

A group of women are meshed together...some very different Christian women...great fiction with a thought provoking challenge.
