Funny, girlie, beach read. Maybe living famously married to the hottest commodity in Hollywood isnt for everyone after all.
I couldn't put this book down. It was a fantatic read

Fantastic!
Loved the characters from the get go! Laura Caldwell is one of my favorite authors, she does romance/chick lit to mystery, and does it very well.

I loved this book! It is about a clothing designer who marries an actor who ends up famous and her life ends up turned upside down. It is a great read and a peek inside what it would be like if your own husband all of a sudden became famous!!
This was a fun book, a quick read.
The book was fun to read until the last chapter when it began to fade away into uninteresting. I'd still recommend it as a good read.
Very cute! The story moves fast and it's a quick fun read
Easy, entertaining read

Easy, fun quick read
This is the first book I read by this author. It was GREAT!!! I can't wait to read more of her books.
Great story.
This was a great book! Hard to put down. Gives a new insight of celebrity life.
Good read. Kinda predictable.
Plenty of women wonder what it would be like to be married to a movie star, but designer Kyra Felis finds out when she marries Irish actor Declan McKenna. When Kyra meets Declan in Las Vegas, he is on the cusp of stardom. The two have a whirlwind courtship, and Declan proposes after a few months. Kyra is reluctant to leave New York for L.A., but her love for Declan wins out. At first, it's just a matter of adjusting to the culture and attending a premiere here and there, but then Normandy is released to rave reviews and an eager, vast audience, and its star, Declan, and, by default, Kyra are launched into superstardom. Everyone wants to interview Declan, and the paparazzi follow the couple everywhere. Declan's success helps to launch Kyra's clothing line, but she is not sure she can deal with life in the spotlight. Caldwell's snazzy, gripping third novel gives readers an exciting taste of life in the fast lane, exposing the truth behind the fairy tale.

A good story. Had me worried at the end. It took a little bit of getting into at first, but towards the middle I couldn't put it down. I needed to know what was going to happen.
I really liked this book.
This was a very fast read and pretty good. Sometimes the main character would get a litte annoying, but it wasn't much.
This is a fun read with good characters who are smarter than most around them and have their feet on the ground. It's hard to believe it was written by a woman who is a lawyer by day! If you love anything about fashion, new york city, Hollywood or the movies, Ireland, then there is something in here for you!
Clothing designer Kyra Felis has never been one to worship celebrities--she'd rather read a good book or make a blouse out of a tablecloth. She marries Hollywood man-of-the-moment Declan McKenna for love, with no inkling of how his notoriety will send her life spinning out of control.
But once Kyra reluctantly becomes a celebrity by association there's no turning back. And even though she has all the trappings of success, she can't do the things that make her happy--throw a party; drink a glass of wine (or four) at a quiet café; confide in her friends. When Declan's fame literally endangers Kyra's life, she starts to wonder, can she survive more than a year of living famously?
