A fun and intense read. These kids have some unique powers that can be a curse as much as a blessing. They call themselves Zeroes (like heroes, but not). This is fast paced, but also very human. I really felt sorry for Anon, whose power is more curse. I had some family issues crop up and throw things in chaos so it took me awhile to finish reading this, but it is an enjoyable page turner. I really hope there will be more with these characters!

Story line was somewhat different from other superpower endowed teens books that I have read before. This book developed the characters pretty good but from the moment I started reading it I thought I was reading part two of a trilogy as there could have been a little more background on how the Zeros come together as a team. The character flaws and self doubt of some of the teens made for a good read, not your typical "everything works out right" story line. Even with the climax of the story when you all will be saved still kept me reading a t a fast pace just to see how the conflict would resolve itself. Good book, good read, and not just for teens.
