I have almost no willpower. Zero. Zilch. Nada. I work alot of hours at the office, so when I come home I want something fast and easy. Frozen and deli foods have been a staple in my house, but no more. I discovered Zumba!

Zumba was created by celebrity fitness trainer Beto Perez. It's fun, hip and you lose weight and feel better about yourself. The dance steps are simple and help shape and tone your body and the meal plan is absolutely doable and it tastes great. You won't go away hungry!

You start with the 5 Day Express plan to jump start your weight loss then you move into the 14 Day meal plan. The diet is rich in fruits and vegetables and grains. It empathizes monounsaturated fats like olive oil and canola, which lowers your cholesterol and burns belly fat!

Lower your blood pressure, prevent heart disease, and cut your risk of cancer. You get to eat three meals a day and two snacks on the days you exercise, or should I say dance your way to a new life.
