A very different read as compared to the stream-line mass media in print these days. I enjoyed this book as it aligns with a philosophy of how we manifest our own destiny - through thought. That explanation is much deeper than the fun read of the book. Intriging - I found myself looking forward to each nightly reading, and finished quickly. Fun.

Not like the Anne Rice of old.. however, a good read. It was great to be able to resurrect some of old story-lines and add details. From the point alone, the book was worthwile. I did enjoy it.

I am not Catholic. However, if you want to understand(?) the dogma of the 'church' then read away. Other wise well... paperweight? Canary-liner? Not to be read for enjoyment unless you have someone to throughly rap your knuckles with a ruler.

I did not enjoy this book very much. Disappointed in the character and plot development. I usually like Greg Bear and his far-out concepts and thinking... Still a have-to read for the Greg Bear fan.

I could not keep interest beyond the first 20 pages... disappointed considering the novel was written by Zelazny. Nothing like the "Amber" series.

I have never been disappointed with any Greg Bear writings - well, maybe Darwin's radio. However, this is a great follow-up to his work entitled 'Eon.' Hard-core science fiction at its best. Hard to find a similiar writer like Greg Bear.

This book is a follow-up in the Otherland series.. WOW! Great book! Very nicely written and great character development. I was so sad to have the series end. Next to Greg Bear this cat is awesome!

I did enjoy this book. The final book really dragged on and had very boring dialogue. Too much love stuff... this person kissed that person and la-de-dah - it was so nice. Give me a break. In my opinion that was purly page-filling fluff!
