This book is a great resource item. It gives a great history of the styles of execution that humanity has used throughout the centuries. It is also great resource if you're writing stories or doing research for school projects. Then again it's great if you're just interested in how society has evolved or de-evolved.

This book is totally informative - it has a section of each area female n males first names - then has a section on each of the named areas with surnames - explains the name, where they come from and pronunication in some names that are ancient n haven't been used in quite sometime. Also, very helpful like in my own case - starting to write your own book and wanting something to give you authentic names for the ares you're writing in.

The book is awesome!!! My husband love this author and u're always held spellbound. We live about 45 minutes from Fort Wayne, IN and had been there one day for dinner at a family resturant. My husband brought his book in since i was doing some last minute research for a project of mine. Well unfortunatly we had all my books and research information packed up and he left his book there. He drove the 45 minutues back to Fort Wayne and then back home to Paulding, County Ohio - this tells you how much he loved this book and unfortunately i was only able to find it through a fellow book lover here on this site. So, if u're looking for intrigue and fantasy and all that mysterious sci-fiction and thrill and suspense and drama all wrapped into one - check out this author!!!!!!

Love it! Gives you a séance of being in England and surrounding area and the food there. Even though we are in the states. Can't wait to try some of the recipes. Even though I know it will be better served by a native.

A great book to learn the feudal system between these two great and powerful clans. You'll also learn some of the hisotry of the time and the local area information as well. Great for research papers, history lovers, and those who are interested in gathering information from stated time periods and eras to write u're own book.

This book is everything I'd hoped for. It's a real account of his life from beginning to end. It also includes the going on's in that period of time. Not only with him growing up. But give's you a feeling of being back there in that time period. Knowing the people and what they went through. The power struggles not only for the poor but the rich and the Kings and Queens of the time. But, also the politics of it all and the actual lifestyle they all lived. Excellent book and so happy I got it in my collection now. :)
