This is an extremely interesting book. I got it from the library, and though I haven't been able to read much at all from it, just flipping through, tells me it is very informative. There are removable maps for almost every battle it covers. It includes coverage of 26 battles, from the First Manassas, to the Capaign to Appomattox Court house (beginning and end battles). It includes many photographs and drawings... I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in learning more about the civil war.

Interesting read. Story is about a girl who got pregnant, had an abortion gone wrong, and had the baby. I thought it was a good read, though some parts did get a little slow at times.

This is such a good book so far...(I'm currently reading it for school). Though I'm not to far into it, I am familiar with Albert Marrin's other books, and love the way he writes. His books have been very good reads, and have been SUPER informative. I highly recomend Marrin's works.

While it was a good read, it was EXTREMELY repetitive of the very first book. It basicly just told the story of how the accident happened, etc. If you've read the first one, don't waste a credit on this one.

This book has some very cute, pretty crocheting material in it. It incudes several afgans, holiday decor, shirts, scarves, throws, even a checker set. I am very excited to try one of these patterns!

I loved this book!! Although I read it several years ago (when I was somewhere around 13), I still have great memories of some of the stories. I remember picking it up, just to see what it was like, then finishing it the next day, laughing much of the way through! STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT!! You'll love it too!!

I got this sheet music about a month ago, and absolutly LOVE it!! I am an intermediate flute player who loves a challenge. And though I wouldn't really describe ALL the songs as a "challenge", they are very fun to play. Several of them are just plain beautiful, while others are very peppy and fun. I encourage any flute player to get this book, whether you are looking for something to just mess around with, or for some good music for weddings, etc. I am SO glad I got it!!!

Well, let me start off by saying that I LOVE music. I love what effects it has on the brain, so I grabbed this book at B&N one day, but have to admit, was kind of dissapointed. Some of the stories, well, just seemed far fetched. It was very interesting, I just don't know what to think of it. You'll have to find out for yourself I guess, because obviously others found it wonderful. I do have to warn you though, this was NOT written from a Christian perspective, and there are a few cuss words in it. I wanted to be able to pass this on to a friend who is into music as well, but didn't, due to the language. I can't remember if there was other content in it or not...

I bought this book knowing anything about it other than the fact that it was a thriller. I started to read it, but soon put it down. It is very descriptive (way to much), and has foul language. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND this book to anyone. EXTREMELY INNAPROPRIATE from what I saw. I will not be filling my head with what I see as "trash", and this definitely qualifies...definitely.

This is a great book for beginners to intermediates who want to get their high notes clearer!! This book has you practicing moving from one 3rd octave note to another. I personally get all the flute books I can...how can it hurt?? Highly recommend this to anyone who needs to tidy up their 3rd ocatave G's and above!

Though I have only quickly flipped through this book, it looks like enjoyable reading. However, I did manage to see a few quotes that are...lets just say, not for little ones. Also several very crude quotes. I have see a couple "bad words", just by flipping through. I would suggest you read this book BEFORE giving this to the younger generation.

I'm in love with this series!! If you are a horse lover, you'll enjoy these books (I would say ages 10-18). I read over half the series (there are MANY, MANY books in this series), several years ago, when I was probably 12, and just couldn't get enough!! Highly recommend. Oh, and there is a super small part of romance in it between Jake and Sam...just so you know!!

I LOVE Dee Henderson's books...she has a way of writing Christian romance/suspense, that I haven't found any where else!! Although this isn't quite up to her O'Malley series, I still finished it quickly, and enjoyed (of course) the read. Worth the time!!

This is an extremely well written book. I recently read it for school, and not only is it VERY informative, but Albert Marrin also writes in a way that is fun to read. I highy reccomend this book. Though it is gruesome at parts... that's war. This one is getting added to my personal bookshelf!!
