This is the kind of book that you can't wait to get back to and that you mourn when it ends. Part fairy tale, part drama, part romance, it introduces us to Enzo, a dog who craves to be human. This is a story you won't soon forget. Excellent.

This story is very hard to read because of the sad reality of the protagonist (abuse, illiteracy, incest) but it's well worth your time. Outstanding!
