Actually, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would! I decided to read it because it's on a banned book list and I wanted to see if I could figure out why it's on the list. Honestly, I couldn't. I recommend reading this.

It's a quick read that takes the things you already knew about managing people and puts them in a different light. So, it's a good book to read to remind you. However, it leaves a lot of specifics out like "talk to your group about goals" (paraphrased)but it doesn't tell you how to do that to get them involved.
