Rather horrible title- yeah it rhymes but do you really want to be called that!Despite the title it is a very interesting book. I enjoyed the peek into the rarified exisitence of her employers. I think we all wonder how the glitterati really live. It's fun trying to guess what real celebrities she is referring to.

A Cook's Tour: In Search of the Perfect Meal (Audio Cassette) (Abridged)

Companion book to the Food Network series where Bourdain travels the world in search of good food- however in the book Tony can slip in all the more snarkier asides that weren't fit to be aired on TV! Great read but sometimes not for the more faint of heart.

This book was absolutely rivetting- Picoult takes a modern topic that is every parents nightmare and creates a story that is mesmerizing taking us into the mind and motivation of the teen shooter. She paints the story with many shades of grey and nuances are explored that are lost in the newspapers reporting of such incidents in our society.

This was an excellent book- it had me up reading late into the night-I could not put it down. A fascinating look into the lives of the Amish people and the dynamic when they their lives intersect with those of "the English". Jodi Picoult never fails to deliver a finely crafted novel of suspense
