A nice collectors book that I think was available as a mail order premium.Published 1982 it is subtitled a saga of good eating with recipes,legend and lore.

The correct title for this book is The BBQ and Smoker Cookbook it is a From the kitchens of Southern Living book.63 pages but a lot of nice recipes and hints in it.
