This book did not seem like Agatha Christie. I have 80 of her books; this is not one of them, and I could not even finish it, it was so dull and un- Christie like.

I love all of the Oz books; I very fondly remember reading them all as a child, and then reading them to my son, and I'm trying to collect them all so he can read them to his children. Written in another time--early 1900's- 1930's---they are full of delightful, imaginative characters

This book is the LARGE PRINT edition. It doesn't say that in the write up.

The carousel horses are absolutely beautiful and extremely well done (and very detailed) with great photographs and easy to use graphs. There is a horse for each month of the year, and you can take individual sections out of the 'whole' to stitch for other projects.
I know I will never get to them and do them justice, so I am re-posting this---only because of my time factor, not because it is not excellent.

Barbara Rosenblat does an excellent job reading this book!! She makes the characters come alive. This is the first book by Kate Jacobs that I have listened to, and I thought it was very enjoyable.

I love this book! The finished designs are in color; the patterns are not, but they are easy to follow. I'd say there is almost 100 different designs, and ideas how to combine them.

J.D.Robb was terrific, as always, but the others were not so good; I couldn't finish reading any of them

I LOVE the 'Bones' TV show, but the books I find very dull. I've not been able to finish a single one I've started.....and I'm an avid reader. Maybe it is just me.

A wonderful, colorful, easy to use cross stitch book; full of imaginative, fun idea's. The only problem is deciding where to start!! There are beautiful sampler's of 'Old McDonalds's Farm' Mary Mary Quite Contrary', Rich Man, Poor Man, Old Woman Who Loved In a Shoe, Noah's Ark; each just chocked full of different patterns. Plus there are hundreds of individual ideas after each of the samplers. I really have enjoyed this book. I have 2 copies, and I really want to share all the joy this book has given me!

Beautiful book--as one would expect from Donna Kooler. Designs are detailed and pictures are lovely.

I loved Charlie Davidson--Grim Reaper--kicking butt and taking names, and all the humor involved. But--- this one--STINK--STANK--STUNK. The story line has gone way too far out in crazy land. Everybody's a God, no one can protect themselves from anything, lots of people die.
It's very dark, and wordy, and too many un-pronouncable names. The humor and fun are gone.
I'm done with this series. I own up to #8, but it is all downhill from there...and this is the worst.
I miss you, Charley.

I loved this book! I've read them all, and the last one was a disappointment.......but not this one. It got my attention and held it right to the end.. Can't wait to make it my own!

A read to get you out of your own head, and into some of your favorite characters on the CSI Miami show. Pretty well written; you can visualize the characters (of course, you know what they look like!)
Read it in a couple of sittings.

All of the other Warman's Guide's I've gotten--quite a few-- have had color photo's in them.
This one has mostly black and white photos--- and I find that MUCH less helpful..

This CD is read by C.J.Critt.....NOT by Lorilei King. King is an exceptional reader of Evanovich's books....really brings them to life. This reader......not so much. I didn't realize King didn't read this or I wouldn't have gotten it.
The story, of course is great; as always, laugh out loud funny.

This is the first book I've read by this author, and I really enjoyed it. Good characters, story and plot, which all takes place in or near Bath, England. The only thing I had trouble with was the British slang, which was fun to interpret! I would recommend it.

I always look forward to the next J D Robb book. I look forward to finding out what Eve Dallas and Rourke and all the regular characters are into next.
always filled with good dective work, humor and conflicts; I enjoy watching everyone working together. Like a very likable dysfunctional family.

Beautiful and very detailed; charts easy to follow and beautiful photographs. I only hope I can find the time to do them justice! I can't decide my favorite one because they are all incredible!
