One of the best books I've read in a long time. If you like Jodie Picoult, you will love Kristin Hannah. Following these two women throughout their lives was wonderful, I got to know them as friends. I was so so into the characters, I didn't want the book to end. I had a truly emotional response to the ending, it pulled at my heart strings.

This book was good in theory, and the plot was fresh and new, however, it didn't really suck me in until the very end, then it seemed to skip over lots of parts I was interested in learning more about.
