I wanted to like this book. I didn't. An unlikable protagonist, unlikely plot twists, impossible ending. The irony of the title -- whether the pig referred to is the actual pig or the sexist twerp who goes to visit his Irish aunt -- was not I think intended by the author. My favorite part was that the aunt made her living rewriting ("correcting") famous novels that "deserved" to have "better" stories. Take that, Mr. Rochester.
