This is a heartbreaking story of a young child and the terrible things that parents can do. Cathy is an amazing woman with amazing strength and heart. This story will open your eyes and pull at your heart strings, an awesome story.

I have not read this book but I have heard nothing good about it to make me want to read it. Another terrible book from Oprah, I have tried several of her books and no thank you. I thought at first this would have something to do about christ and religion but that is far from the truth. Dont waste your time.

This book was awesome, I completely enjoy reading about people lives. This book is def not for the faint of heart and if you read in public you will get many looks...one for the cover and two for the multitude of pictures of Jenna! I read this book on a flight and even though it was like 500 pages I finished it on the round trip. Amazing read!

This was great, easy read. It was my first Joyce Meyer book, but I would read her again.

This book is an amazing story of love and the power of god. Rivers takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions that you dont want to get off of. I didnt realize until after reading that this is a story in the bible, since I am a new christian I loved learning the basic of this bible story in this believable fashion.

This book was amazing!! This was the first "Christian" based book I ever read and being a new christian I loved it. There are so many ways this books talks about questions that I have and never been willing to ask. The author made me feel like it was okay, other people have the same emotions, questions, and feelings. I could read this book over and over again. Because of this book i started our church's first book club. This books provides so many discussion areas and point of views. I will forever be moved by the "great sadness" and by this book.
