Eating in the Light of the Moon: How Women Can Transform Their Relationship with Food Through Myths, Metaphors & Storytelling
Review Date: 10/27/2011

This is a great book if you have struggled with binge/overeating. It is probably great for other disordered eating as well, but I can't relate to other conditions. An eating disorder counselor recommended it to me and at first I was wary of this book as it seemed metaphysical or more ethereal than practical to me. Don't let the cover or description mislead you, it is a practical, helpful, and insightful book. After reading a borrowed copy, I have to have my own to go back and refer to over and over again.

Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child: A Step-by-Step Program for a Good Night's Sleep

This book is wonderful! My twin boys were still not sleeping through the night at 13 months old. I finally read this book and within 3 nights, they were both sleeping through the night. Wish I had read it sooner!

Fascinating, especially if you are either a history buff or a Christian. Kind of a difficult read, but worth sticking with it.

I found this book to be very helpful. We have twins who did not sleep through the night until I read this book and implemented its recommended practices - they were 13 months old at the time, so I wish I'd read it sooner.
