Interesting characters and situation. Sucked me right in and I didn't see the plot twist coming.

A little too heavy on the religious aspect and the reasons the two main characters don't get along but otherwise enjoyable. I liked her book Angel Seeker better

Excellent, realistic and ambitious. Loved every minute of it but not for the squeamish as it has realistic descriptions of human sacrifice.

It was an interesting book, a good example of her style at the time of writing. Sometimes the characterizations seemed a little flat to me but overall I enjoyed it.

Fabulous book from a real horseman. Funny self deprecating humor makes this an easy read but it's packed full of good info as well
