This was a very good book, the writing was good, the intensity was good and events were in a nice order. I really enjoyed this and think I'll be keeping the book in case a family member wants to read.

Cindy Woodsmall has a way with words that I've not read in a very long time. Her characters are so well-rounded and developed. I can't wait to read more.

This was an extremely slow read. I thought it would be interesting since I know nothing of the circus but it was difficult to finish and in the end I was disappointed.
