This book is well named. It was very intense at times. Chyna is a survivor and kept fighting back against the murderous sociopath. I had to put the book down at times and come back to it.

Jonathan Kellerman always has page-turning books that are hard to put down. This one with Hollywood homicide detective Petra Connor is not disappointing.

Sandra Brown has another good suspense involving a psychopath who loves violence and a deaf, widowed rancher fighting to keep her ranch.

What a fun book this was - I laughed out loud several times. I could picture each of the characters in my mind and loved each one of them for their quirks. Really hope there is a second book in the works!
