This book is a bit slow during the first half. I am interested in the main characher Schuyler because I can not seem to figure her out. Throughout the book I would assume she would act a certain way in the situation and she would do the opposite. I would like to read more about the high society parts of the upper East Side and believe that part will have a bigger role in the next book. This entire first book set up the characters and the setting, not much of a plot.

Could not bring myself to finish this book. I felt tourtered by the fact I was forcing myself to read this. She just wines too much.
