I thought this was a very good book. It was a fast read and kept you interested. I don't read a lot of Christian Fiction because I am not that religious of a person but I thoroughly enjoyed this book. To me it was more of a Chick Lit than a Christian type book.

I'm giving this a one star because I've tried to read this book three times and haven't made it past page 27. It didn't hold my interest at all.

This was a very funny and fast read. The characters were very comical, especially the aunt.

Picked this book up for Joanne Fluke, the other two authors were a first for me. I really enjoyed Leslie Meier's story but didn't care too much for the Laura Levine story. I found myself getting a little bored at times with that one but finished it anyway. I will be reading more from Leslie Meier however.

This book was ok, it was the first I've read by this author. The only character that I actually liked was Emmy. Although I would get bored at times and want to stop reading I kept on and glad I finished it. That being said the only I disliked about it was Adriana and her constant "Querida's".

I really wanted to like this series. I even went and bought the third book but it was hard for me to get through the first book and I'm finding it just as hard to get through the second. Maybe it's a book you have to read when you are by yourself, I don't know. But didn't enjoy as much as I wanted to.

Didn't like this as much as the first in the series. Kept getting annoyed with the all the "My Stars" phrase.

I thought this was a good start to a new series, it takes place in a fictional town called Goldport in Colorado. I also like that the main character is a divorced mother with a toddler.

I enjoyed this new mystery and am looking forward to reading book 2. Don't expect any recipes in this book because there are none which is a refreshing change from all the other cozy mysteries out there. I thought the ghost of Granny Apples was funny too.

Very easy to read, great book. Loving the series so far, looking forward to book 2. I hope the Sookie books will be just as good if not better.

I don't know what it was but I could not get in to this book. Even after 8 chapters I decided to call it quits. I like her other series though but won't continue with this.

I really enjoyed this book. It was a different change from all the other cozy mysteries out there. It kept my interest and I kept turning the page to see what would happen.

Although I picked the killer out pretty early it was still enjoyable and a fast read. I didn't care for the first book in the series but it has definitely gotten better.

I loved this book! Can't wait for the next book in the series. This book also hit home with the story of The Llorona, the kids in family were always scared with that story.
