This book will make you realize how easy it is for people to get hooked on prescription drugs. The typical mother trying to do it all: take care of a whinny daughter, a full time job and elderly parents! Who hasn't been there and if there is something to take the edge off, so much the better. It doesn't take long for her to realize there is no easy way and getting out from the clutches of the drugs is even more difficult. Great story.

I enjoy this series - not as complex as some of the earlier books, but still a good read!

Good read - I really have become attached to the members of the Briar Creek's library and it was like getting together with old friends. A bit surprised with the ending, but that is why I enjoy this series. YEAH

I enjoy reading cozy mysteries that come as a series. I feel like I begin to know the characters. This series has been very enjoyable to me, the characters are likeable and seems down to earth. Looking forward to the next one.

I could not make it past the first CD. The reader is so difficult to understand and his voice goes down to a whisper in some places. I was looking forward to listenting to this book, but the reader did not complitment the author's efforts.

I love the characters in this series, especially the friendships that have developed over the years. I assume this is the last book in the series and a nice job was done in tying up loose ends of the various character's lives.

I am almost finished with this book. I do like the location, but not crazy about all the characters. It does give an insider look at the famous island off the coast of Michigan.

Thoroughly enjoyed this installment of the Scrapbooking mysteries. Laura's books whisk me away to New Orleans and one can almost smell the delicious foods cooking and the street sounds. This book kept me guessing until the end. Good to catch up with the usual characters in her books!

Always love a new book by Jenn McKinlay, easy to follow and a manageable list of characters. I really love reading the cozy mysteries and meeting up with "old friends" in the book. The author is excellent in showing the growth of each character over the years.

I enjoy books from Lorna Barrett and this one is no exception.

This was a good book that kept my attention to the very end! I recall thinking "I didn't see that coming"! I am not a big fan of authors reading their own books, but Susan does a good job.

This was a wonderful and inspiring book. It is one of those books, that when you finish it, you hold to your chest and let go with a sigh of satisfaction. Loved it!

I love Cleo's Coffeehouse books - not always predictible.

I like Maggie Sefton's books, but this book did disappoint. The mystery takes a back seat to the pregnancy and the various members of the knitting shop. So many unanswered questions regarding the murder - sigh, hopefully the next one will be better.

All my favorite characters included, plus some new ones. Great read.

I really enjoy this series, it is fascinating what can be discovered in old books and the talent it takes to restore them. I also like that the location changed up in this book and I adore Brooklyn's parents!

I just discovered this author and am really enjoying her books. I liked how she doesn't overwhelm the reader with too many characters - but just includes those that add value to the story line.

It was very easy to get caught up in this books. What would WE do if we find our husband has been killed in a car accident with an unknown woman. Do we accept what we are told or do we look deeper - but looking deeper can give others we are MAD. A very enjoyable read.
