After watching the Voyager series (again) I wanted to see what happened to the crew. Homecoming and the Farther Shore nicely explored the characters upon their return to the Alpha Quadrant. The Borg always make a plot line interesting. With these two books the reader will not be disappointed. The twist of a Borg invasion being kind of subtle was an interesting approach.

Great book especially for those who like some science thrown in. I read it when it originally came out and now my daughter is going to read it - she wants to go into genetics so it is a great fit. Don't be put off if you saw the movie - this is a different, much better story!

If you are a Star Trek: Next Generation fan, consider reading this book. It is one year after the Dominion War and the Enterprise has a mission to the site of the Rashanar Battle. Strange things happen, and since this is the first book in a series, by the end of this installment you are engrossed. We meet the mysterious Ontailians, a non-humanoid race and Wesley Crusher, the new "Traveler", makes his return and that only intensifies the story. If you love the NCC-1701D crew this is a must read.
