Great book for kids ages 4 to 8. They will learn where dinosaur skeletons are found and how scientists dig them up and put them back together again.

I am currently on this diet plan and I think it is great. I have been on it 3 weeks and have lost 12 lbs so far. The first three days were rough but now I feel great. You eat regular food but you limit your intake. Lots of salads, fresh fruit and vegetables. You can eat beef, poultry and fish. The only unusual foods you have to buy is unsweetened cranberry juice and flaxseed oil.
