A typical Orton book, well written, characters are good and setting very well described. Starts off well, then the mystery begins, and she resolves the problem with the usual happy ending for not one but several of the people involved. Her books take me back to a happier time when people got along with their neighbors and children were brought up to be polite and helpful.
