This was such a simple story of a young girl living a hard life in the mountains. I loved the "twang" of the story teller for the main character (in the audio version). It definately kept me listening. Although this was a very different type of genre I usually read/listen to, I loved the theme that she was devoted to the people around her. What a great lesson for us all ... be true to those we love.

There is adventure at hand and imagination a-plenty! A young boy tracks his kid-napped parents from one dangerous situation to another, all the while using his ability to talk with cats (both wild and tame). Cross your fingers and hope he doesn't get eaten!

This book is written the the funny style of Geronimo Stilton with an old-world flair! The characters are all animals with condos in the trees of Central Park ... and butlers! See how they solve the problem of ONE BIG BULLY!
