Fabulous book!! I discovered Greg Braden only recently--with his book "Fractal Time". He is phenomenal. I gain so much insight into our current world changes by reading any of his books (I've also read, The God Code" and want to read all of his books.) I want to give presentations to the public about his work.

This is a book useful for personal development. I studied this book in a Women's Book Club and it was very useful because it has depth of content. It is not a shallow discussion. It discusses your overall life and how to live it. It is not about guilt or how guilty you are about this or that. It is about how to look at your life in a Conscious way and really examine what you are doing and why you are doing it. It's good for self-reflection.

This book has short prayers written from the perspective of individual animals, as well as commentary on the prayers (by the author) and a few interesting facts and figures on that particular animal. Anyone who loves animals will appreciate this book.
